Today was Ally's first day of school. Somehow, I've managed not to cry...yet!! I'm sure it will hit me soon, and the tears will start flowing!! I tried to take her picture this morning, while she was eating breakfast, but Noah decided to pop into the picture at the last minute. Oh well.
Today was her phase-in day. The others in her class either had their turn yesterday or will tomorrow. It looks like not everyone was as excited to be there as Ally was!!
When we first walked in, Noah started crying because he had left his "lunch" in the car. Ally packed a little snack and drink into her lunchbox, so Noah packed one as well. We have been explaining to him, the last several days, that this school if for those who are at least five years old, and that he will go there when he is five. After we left, we walked over to the playground and let Noah play for awhile. He handled it all better than I expected.

I am sure she is going to love it and you will get used to sooner than you think. And if not, you got little Noah to keep you busy for a while :)
We'll try to call tonight and see how she likes it.
